Personal web sites are often regarded as "vanity publishing" and this one is no exception. I created this site because I wanted to. I guess it also provides the ability to communicate with anyone interested in what I have to say. I used to have a status published to this page telling the world what I was doing . For the tech minded it used Twitter and was synchronised with Facebook too, but over time I have come to think that perhaps it is better not to have everything synchronised. So, if you want to know what I am doing then follow me on Twitter (user: maguffyn) and if you know me then the Facebook status will tell you slightly different things.
However, I still see no harm in the latest status of where I am (geographically, obviously not psychologically)
